Dr. Mija Oter Gorenčič will lecture as part of U3O on the significance of the Jurklošter Carthusian monastery in the European Carthusian heritage.

The Jurklošter Charterhouse is one of the few preserved early Carthusian monasteries in Europe's artistic heritage, which also plays a prominent role in European political history. The lecture will present the art-historical and general historical significance of the Carthusian monastery in a broad European context, enabling listeners to gain a thorough understanding of this extremely important monument.
