The mixed choir Encijan has been working with the Slovenian Cultural Association Istra – Pula since 2005. It regularly performs at cultural events in the city of Pula and Croatia, including participating in the Slovenian Folk Choir Camp in Šentvid pri Stični, the choirs' magazine Primorska poje, and the Welcome Home event (Ljubljana, Škofja Loka, Ptuj, Murska Sobota, and this summer in Celje). The event is prepared by the Local History Department of the Central Library of Celje.
