 Are educational mentors sufficiently qualified for this type of work and how can we encourage them?
 what impact does young people's research work have on their decision to choose a study and career path;
 What incentives are there for the most creative, inventive and enterprising young people to return to their home environment after completing their studies and influence its economic and social development?
