Dr. Noah Charney is an American who was brought to Slovenia by love. An art historian by profession, specializing in art theft, he presents his view of Slovenia and living there in the bestseller Slovenologija. He does not hide his enthusiasm, which is also evident in the subtitle, which describes Slovenia as the best country in the world.
