The guest of the evening will be Franc Kralj, who is known as the initiator of the renovation of the Žovnek castle above Braslovče. He will introduce us to the life and work of Srečko Puncer (1895–1919), a student of the Celje grammar school, a writer and a fighter for the northern border, where he – not yet 24 years old – ended his young life. Urh Ferlež will talk to the guest. The evening will end with a presentation of other library events that will accompany the Maister Year.

In honor of the Year of the Maestro 2024 in collaboration with the Celje Historical Society and the First Gymnasium in Celje.

The Celje Octet will also perform.
