The 16-hour calligraphy course will be held from October 15th to November 5th between 3:30 PM and 6:30 PM in Levstik's Room 1.
When learning writing skills and practicing calligraphy, we develop concentration and the ability to visualize. By moving the pen in a certain direction, students learn to recognize the details of individual letters and thus develop their ability to pay attention. This skill of manual expression develops the ability to focus thoughts and patience. Due to the technical challenge that calligraphy presents, experts claim that learning calligraphy develops a person's temperament and calmness. The ability to observe, subtlety, creativity and independence improves. At the same time, the acquired skill is welcome and indispensable in designing holiday greeting cards, invitations, commendations and awards, which students can be especially proud of.
