Mandala is an ancient Indian word meaning sacred circle. The circle was and still is an extremely powerful symbol for many cultures, as it represents eternity or unity, having neither beginning nor end.
Mandalas can be created in many ways, including through sacred geometry. Sacred geometry is the art of creating all life forms in the universe, and its basis is the flower of life.
In the West, creating mandalas has become a popular tool for meditation and stress reduction, creating a deep sense of peace, relaxation, connection, concentration, harmony, and fulfillment. Mateja Čretnik, club mentor
