Pavel is a cute fifth grader who loves math and is generally interested in many things. His parents are very busy, so he is mostly alone. When one day he hides from the older boys in an unusual shoe store, and at the same time meets the slightly eccentric Artur and his daughter Mina, his life suddenly becomes very exciting. Who is the gentleman who buys the exact same shoes, size 39, every day? And what is he up to? He and Mina are determined to get to the bottom of the mystery, especially since Pavel finds out firsthand that trying on shoes in this special store is an unusual, in fact, magical experience.
