Biosoproga is a humorous novel in which we meet the successful writer Mojmir and his young wife, the librarian Hedvika. At the beginning of their journey together, Mojmir feels like a prince who shows Cinderella the world and life. But under the influence of a doula (alternative birth attendant), Hedvika begins to discover a world in which there is less and less room for her husband. High on the scale of Hedvika's values are children, a house, an organic garden, organic food, a maternity center, alternative medicine, emancipation and much more. Michal Viewegh, a popular Czech writer, humorously and provocatively shows us Mojmir's fight for his wife's attention, while he relentlessly slides towards the bottom on the scale of her values.
