You will read the collection of columns that Desa Muck published in Ona and then in Jana for more than five years under the joint title View from the Kitchen Window in a short time. At the end, you will not be clear whether you were having an afternoon chat with the author over coffee or whether you actually read the stories. She pulls traumas, unhealed wounds, emotions and habits that we prefer to hide from others and pretend they don't exist from under the rug. She does not moralize or judge. And she does not really have the answers to all the questions. Worth reading, especially if you can grab a coffee in between. Give it a try.
