Forest Library - Book Den
In 2024, a forest library, which we named after, came to life in the Tree House, located in the City Forest in Celje. Book den.
It contains around 100 books, which we have jointly selected from the Celje Central Library and the Celje Forest Institute. The books can be read in the treehouse or borrowed to take home. We ask all readers to return borrowed books to the Book Lair.
About the Tree House
The Celje City Forest is home to the largest treehouse in Slovenia, at a height of between 6 and 9.5 m, and offers children, families and adult visitors a wide range of free events, from artistic, musical, recreational and educational.
Check the Tree House's opening hours at connection.
