Adults over 18 years of age fill in and sign one of the application forms (students, employed, retired, unemployed) and identify themselves with an appropriate document. They pay the membership as listed on a price list.
Uneployed members and disabled with over 80% of recognized disability are excused from paying the membership fee, they need to present the appropriate proof on their status.
