Jeremiáš is a loner. He lives in a world of strict rules, a world in which every day of the week has its own color, and pieces of bread are necessarily round. He doesn't get along well with the world in which his mother and sister live. Sometimes he causes trouble for someone, but his loving mother and sister always come to his defense. If only they hadn't put Jeremy in an institution, they wouldn't have put him through this.
Ivona Březinová sensitively, but with the necessary broader perspective, tells the story of an autistic boy and his family, who deal with his disorder on a daily basis. The book, with excellent illustrations by Tomáš Kučerovski, shows children that it is possible to live with such a disorder and that in the end, as always, love and sufficient understanding are the most important things.
