Services provided online with the My Cobiss profile or My Library service in the new version of the catalogue Cobiss plus.
A prerequisite for accessing your profile is a password for My Library, which you set when you log in to the library or reset by clicking on Forgotten password.
Material reservation
In the catalog Cobiss plus You can reserve the material yourself, which means you order it from the library and it will be waiting for you to pick it up at the circulation desk or in the parcel locker. For the selected title in the Cobiss plus catalogue, click on the button Book. You can choose a free copy to reserve at the library or in the parcel locker. To do this, log in with ID card number and password and confirm the reservation.

Membership renewal
With a visit My libraries (login to My Cobiss plus profile with your card number and password), you can extend your membership if it has already expired or will expire within a month. You will be reminded of this by a notification in your profile.

When renewing your membership, you can make an online payment you also pay the membership fee.
Extension of loan terms
You can extend the loan period for materials by clicking the button in the list of borrowed materials. Extend or Extend all. If the loan period has been successfully extended, a notification with the new return deadline will appear.
If the loan period cannot be extended, a warning will be displayed with the reason why the extension was unsuccessful.
A disabled extension also has an explanation, usually it is because the refund deadline is already 2 weeks or longer from the current day.

Debt settlement
If you have outstanding obligations (membership fee, late payment fee, etc.), you can settle the amount by online payment. To my library open tab Debts and late fees (under the options more or three dots), where you will see the total debt.

In debts and late fees, you can see what type of debt it is.

The Online payment button will take you to the UJP payment form, where you can make a payment with a Diners, Maestro, Mastercard or Visa card, with mobile payment (Flik, mBills, VALU) or with an online bank (Bank@Net).

Online registration
You can also register with the library online and gain access to material reservations, the e-library, and Biblos. You can obtain a card upon presenting your personal document at the library.
