Library users can use OKC wireless networks, Libroam and Eduroam.

OKC Wireless Network

The OKC wireless network is intended for library guests for quick email checking and short-term information searching on the Internet. The speed of the wireless connection depends on the number of simultaneous users. Until further notice, use is possible without entering a password. Access is limited to 1 hour per day. Despite the expiration, access to the library website and the Eduroam client installation page is enabled.

Libroam wireless network

Before installing the Libroam network, you need to install the eduroam client, which you can download from the website: https://cat.eduroam.org/.

You select the IZUM user. Next, you select the operating system. By selecting this, the client for your operating system will automatically be downloaded and installed on the device.

For access on mobile devices Create a wifi hotspot by selecting the following setting:

• EAP mode: TTLS
• 2-step authentication: PAP
• CA Certificate: unspecified Identity: SIKCE.XXXXXXX@LIBROAM.SI* (Where x represents the member number.)
• Anonymous identity: anonymous@sik.si
• Password: (enter your password for my library)

To log in to the Libroam network on the computer use username: sikce.xxxxxxx@libroam.si (xxxxxxx is your membership card number) and the password you use to access the My Library online service.
There is no time limit on the use of the wireless network.

The Libroam wireless network is intended for all active library members and operates in a network of larger libraries across Slovenia. Instructions for obtaining a username and password and for setting up the wireless network are available at the link http://home.izum.si/cobiss/libroam/za_uporabnike.aspThe following rules apply to the use of the Libroam wireless network:

• the user must be a library member,
• the user must have settled all claims against the library,
• the user has not violated the rules applicable to the Eduroam/Libroam network.

Eduroam wireless network

Before installing the Eduroam network, you need to install the eduroam client, which you can download from the website: https://cat.eduroam.org/. Select the IZUM user.

To access mobile devices Create a wifi hotspot by selecting the following setting:

• EAP mode: TTLS
• 2-step authentication: PAP
• CA Certificate: unspecified Identity: SIKCE_name.surname@sik.si
• Anonymous identity: anonymous@sik.si
• Password: (enter the password you received to access eduroam)

The Eduroam wireless network is intended for users in the educational and research spheres who obtain access and instructions for using the Eduroam wireless network in Slovenia or abroad from their institutions.
