In all Slovenian public libraries, you can attend events, take part in training courses, read books, newspapers and magazines, and use computers and the internet for free.
If you want to borrow materials to your home, you must register with the library. You can register at any of the units of the Central Library of Celje or via online.
In accordance with Regulations on the operations of the Celje Central Library Membership is carried out on the basis of a valid personal document and a completed and signed registration form with a membership declaration. Upon registration, you will receive membership card with instructions for obtaining a password and this gives you access to all library services without restrictions. Membership is valid in all library departments.
Children under the age of 15 must register at the library accompanied by their parents or guardians, who must present their personal identification document. Upon registration, the electronic registration form must be signed by one of the parents or guardians.
