Children under the age of 15 must register at the library accompanied by their parents or guardians, who must present their personal identification document. Upon registration, the electronic registration form must be signed by one of the parents or guardians.

All members are exempt from paying membership fees until they reach the age of 18, while students do not pay membership fees until they complete their secondary education, up to the age of 21. Membership is valid in all library departments.
