We have set up a parcel locker in front of the Celje Central Library on Museum Square, where you can reserve materials and pick them up 24/7.

Procedure

1. Reserve the material in the package book

Make your reservation in COBISS+ or in the mCOBISS mobile application, after completing the search. For Celje Library materials, select the pickup location »Celje – parcel post".
The condition for reserving materials for collection on a parcel is that you register your account on my profile on COBISS+. mobile phone number (after logging into my profile, click on the E-notification tab, then on the 'SMS notification number' tab and follow the instructions).

2. Wait for the notification

When the material is ready, you will receive an email to your mobile phone number. SMS notification with a link that will guide you through opening the package and retrieving the materials.
The material is waiting to be picked up in a parcel box. 3 days (72 hours) from the moment the message is submitted and sent. Days when the library is closed are also counted.
If you do not collect the material during this time, you will pay the costs for not collecting the reserved material in accordance with the Rules of Operation of the Celje Central Library.

3. Collect the reserved material and confirm receipt

The SMS message you received indicates in which drawer your materials are waiting (e.g. A1, B2, C3, ...), and also includes a link to unlock the parcel locker.
Step-by-step instructions with a graphical representation will appear on the screen. The requirements for browser-based pickup are that the Google Chrome browser is installed, Bluetooth is enabled, location access is enabled, and the phone and package manager are paired.

iPhone users must have private browsing turned off in Safari.

Smartphone owners can also use the app to pick up Direct4.me. In addition to pickup, the application allows you to track your reservation and view the history of past pickups. The application works on mobile devices IOS 13+ and Android 5+. After installation, you can create your user account.
After you close the door and confirm receipt of the shipment, the material you have picked up will be given the status "borrowed" on your membership card.

4. Check the refund deadlines

Check the refund deadlines in the mCOBISS application or online at COBISS+ (login with membership number and password).

Don't miss:

• If you place several different orders with some time difference, the material may be waiting for you in two different drawers.
• Return of materials is done through the book depository! Do not place return materials in the parcel locker.
