Love Affair is aa project that combines two diametrically opposed insights and just such a view – of something that from the beginning it is impossible to agree on and not win or lose, and yet the collision and fusion happen always and everywhere – between man and woman and in their singularity. A combined or “new” co-authorship expression is still unknown, whose experiment is certainly distinguished by the recognizability or “originality” characteristic of both. With guitar and words.
Eva Kovac
Born in Celje in 1977, a poet and writer, a constantly prolific creator, comes primarily from inspirations from experiences and a constant return to oneself. With her works, she creates emotional and sensual atmospheres, in a style that is verbally and substantively dense and fresh. She is the first prize winner of the Urška Young Literature Festival, the author of the novels Tri pike (2005, JSKD) and Sonce zahaja v Celje (2014, Litera). She has published in the literary magazines Hotenja 2005, Nova kolekcija (2008), in Literary Nocturne at Ra Slo 2008 and 2010, she is a co-author and co-performer of the project Poetry with the Music of G. Jaklin at the Ljubezni Festival 2008, and she performed with poetry at the same festival in 2012.
Igor Bezget
Born in Maribor in 1968, guitarist, composer, musician, music pedagogue and guitar teacher, he is one of the leading musicians in the field of jazz, improvised music and world music in our country. On his musical journey, from self-taught to studying jazz and various styles of world music, especially Indian and African, he encountered numerous inspirations and approaches that became part of his creative reality and are reflected in several thousand compositions and numerous original projects, ranging from solo compositions to pieces for orchestras.
