Lecture for parents: Reading – why start in the cradle?

Reading is just one form of language. It is important for all children to learn to use all forms of language effectively – speaking, listening, reading and writing. In this learning, they need reliable and encouraging support, especially from their parents, and later also at school. Katarina Kesič Dimic will talk to parents. Mag. Katarina Kesič Dimic is a special educator, author of thirteen books, who works with children with special needs. She works a lot in the field of reading – both with children and parents. Through her blogs, she raises awareness in Slovenia about the importance of tolerance and respect for the weakest.
