For the thirteenth year in a row, the South West Regional Study Center is organizing Researchers' Day, which is part of the European Researchers' Night.
Total with 23 partners have prepared a diverse range of activities. They particularly highlight:
- planetarium tour and space workshop (partner of Odysseus Planetarium),
- testing the latest technologies (robotics, digitalization, virtual reality, 3D technologies) (partners: Technopark Celje, School Center Celje, College of Production Engineering Celje, Faculty of Logistics, Noordung Center, Tecos - Toolmaking Development Center of Slovenia and Brihtna buča),
- health education workshops (partners: Faculty of Health Sciences in Celje and Secondary School of Health and Cosmetology Celje),
- science workshops (partners: Faculty of Environmental Protection, higher vocational schools of the Šentjur School Center and the School of Horticulture and Visual Arts Celje, Institute of Hop Growing and Brewing),
- historical workshops (partners: Celje Regional Museum and Celje Historical Archives),
- traffic safety workshops (partners: Faculty of Logistics and Vozim Institute),
- workshops and quizzes in the field of social studies (partners: Intellectual Property Office, Celje Youth Center and International Faculty for Social and Business Studies).
Part of the activities will also take place in the premises of partner institutions, namely Tecos - the Development Center for Toolmaking in Slovenia, the Celje Historical Archive and the Celje Technopark.
In particular, you are invited to two events, namely to view the exhibition »Celje Golden Young Researchers 2025" and a conference on youth research work "Curiosity, creativity, future - stories that inspire, which we are preparing this year in collaboration with Lava Elementary School, at 1 pm in Tehnopark.
Admission to all activities will be free.
