The documentary exhibition is about the literary historian Marja Boršnik (1906-1982), who left behind more than a hundred articles, monographs on A. Aškerec (1939, 1981), F. Celestin (1951), I. Tavčar (1973), the book Conversations with the poet Gradnik (1954), Prežih's anthology (1957) and Studies in fragments (1962). In addition to her scientific work, she was professionally and publicly engaged, participating in the post-war organization of literary history classes (Klasje), editing and co-editing anthologies, Slavic journals (Slavistic Journal, Language and Literature), writing articles for the journals Književnost, Sodobnost, Naša žena, Ženski svet, Ljubljanski zvon, etc., and editing a number of selected works by Slovenian writers. She was the president of the Slavic Society of Slovenia, head of the Department of Slovene Language at the Faculty of Arts in Ljubljana, corresponding member of the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts and professor emeritus at the University of Ljubljana.

She lectured to many later established cultural figures (Helga Glušič, Breda Pogorelec, Alenka Glazer, Marko Dvořak, Jože Toporišič, Boris Paternu, Matjaž Kmecl, Franc Zadravec, France Pibernik, Jože Pogačnik, Janko Messner, Janez Menart, Aleksander Skaza, Olga Ratej, Zinka Zorko, Ciril Zlobec, Marjan Ozvald, Jože Sever, Milan Pritekelj, France Bernik, Gregor Kocijan, France Vurnik, Mitja Mejak, Minca Stanovnik, Ignac Kamenik, Emil Cesar, Vasja Predan, Milan Pavliha, Jože Snoj, Stanko Janež, Adrijan Lah, Saša Vuga, etc.). For her work, she received the St. Sava Award, the Order of Labor with the Red Banner, the Order of the Republic with a Silver Wreath, the decoration of the Association of Fighters of the National Liberation War, the Kidrič Award for Lifetime Achievement, and numerous other awards.
