Ayurveda is the oldest system of medicine in the world that helps us live healthier and happier lives.
The lecture will be given by BAMS Ayurvedic doctor Monica Mohan, who completed a five-year study of Ayurveda at the Sri Sri Ayurveda College of Science and Research in Bangalore, India. During the lecture, she will introduce us to the roots and foundations of Ayurveda. She will show the audience the main guidelines of Ayurvedic treatment, such as proper nutrition, Ayurvedic herbs, Ayurvedic therapies, breathing exercises and yoga. She will also talk about the principles that help us maintain health and restore lost balance. By recognizing natural laws, we can balance our body, mind and emotions, live a healthier life and feel better. The lecture will be held in English, will be translated on the fly and will last approximately 90 minutes. The organizer of the lecture is Shankara Slovenija doo, which has been spreading knowledge about Ayurveda and a healthy lifestyle in Slovenia for five years. You are invited!
