October 15th marks International White Cane Day. It symbolizes the personal independence of blind and partially sighted people, while also alerting others that the user is blind and therefore has special needs.

We invite you to a presentation of braille, a braille machine, and other aids for the blind and visually impaired, which will be presented by the Intermunicipal Society of the Blind and Visually Impaired of Celle.

The event will be held in the study reading room (3rd floor).
