Rajko Vodiška Exhibition

The people of Celje have been following the progress of the construction of the Rafting Bridge with interest since the beginning of its construction and have been eagerly awaiting its completion. Many have also taken some photographs during this time, including Mr. Rajko Vodišek from Celje, who took over 700 photos from the "first shovel" until the last days. Mr. Vodišek came to the construction site almost every day and several times to the local history department on the second floor of the library, from where there is a good view of the entire construction site.
Mr. Vodišek entrusted the valuable photo-documentary material to the local history department of the Celje library for safekeeping, and we presented selected images at an exhibition that will be on display in the library lobby over the summer.
The exhibited photographs can also be viewed from the outside, from Museum Square, and on KAMRA, the portal of digitized Slovenian cultural heritage, where we published the entire story about the creation of the photo collection and the library's collaboration with Mr. Vodišek.
