Camino – Pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela is the most famous pilgrimage route in the world. This pilgrimage was already undertaken in the Middle Ages, then it was discontinued for a while, but recently this pilgrimage route has been visited again in large numbers. Most pilgrims go on this route on foot, many also by bicycle. They start the journey from different places, some from home, but most from Saint Jean Pied de Port in southern France. The route is a good 800 kilometers long, but if we continue to Finistere 900 and Muxia 950 kilometers.
Saint James the Apostle is buried in Santiago de Compostela.

Mirjana Steblovnik is a writer and traveler. She and her husband Valentin will share their experiences along the Camino de Santiago during the screening. The evening will also be dedicated to the reading badge "Reading to the Stars", which we prepared this year in collaboration with the Celje Literary Society, of which Mirjana Steblovnik is also a member. The event will be held in the Levstikova Dvorana.

You are cordially invited!
