Mindful motherhood can be viewed as a set of skills that can help us better prepare for the everyday challenges of motherhood.
On the one hand, mindful motherhood is a skill that you can acquire, just like learning to speak a foreign language or play the violin. It is also a way of being. When you acquire mindfulness, you will be able to calmly recognize stressful situations that may trigger a response of panic, despair, or tired surrender in you. The manual is highly recommended by renowned psychologists and gynecologists in Slovenia.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zdenka Čebašek Travnik wrote: “If I had the power, I would prescribe it as mandatory reading for high school graduation.”

The book Attentive Motherhood (Cassadra Vieten) will be presented by Janja Bone, who has completed her studies in occupational therapy and Waldorf healing pedagogy. You are cordially invited!
