The extraordinary circumstances we find ourselves in have brought with them a lot of uncertainty and changes in various areas of life. Among other things, they have shaken the foundations of the mental health of individuals and our entire society. Through the lecture, we will talk about the impact of the epidemic on mental health, shed light on the hardships caused by measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19, and we will also learn about ways to help ourselves and others in times of need and when it is the right time to seek help.
