At the first event, we will meet a young filmmaker, AGRFT graduate, Dominik Mence, who won three Vesna awards at the 2014 Slovenian Film Festival for his graduation film Prespana pomlad, for direction, screenplay and best short film. The film also won Vesna awards for best leading actress and best scenography. We will talk to Dominik about the creative process of building the story, the screenplay and the directing techniques that led to such a filmic ending. The conversation, which will be moderated by Rok Govednik (Zavod Vizo), will be accompanied by excerpts from the film, the screenplay and other materials.

The Film Meetings program is prepared in cooperation with the Institute for the Promotion of Visual Culture Vizo, which prepares and implements cultural and educational activities in the field of film and other visual media for children and young people throughout Slovenia.
