Natural values of Celje

Franci Horvat is a mountaineering traveler who has been active as an independent cultural creator in the field of photography since 1999. The largest share of his creative work is represented by motifs from nature. He also tries out other genres of photography, such as portrait and macro photography. His photographs have been published in magazines (Planinski vestnik, Turist, Grif, Alpinistični razgledi) and newspapers, he has contributed photographs to books and tourist guides, and he also collaborates with various publishers of calendars and postcards in Slovenia. In 2005, his literary debut "Sto vodnjakov na Slovenskem" (One Hundred Wells in Slovenia) was published by the Prešeren Company. He has received several awards and recognitions for his work, and has exhibited all over Slovenia. This time, he will present himself with the exhibition Natural Values of Celje and its Surroundings, which will be on display at the Celje Central Library from June 16 to 30 on the first floor.
