WHY FRIDA'S KITCHEN?
“Frida's home cooking is a culinary story that, on the one hand, preserves the culinary tradition of our grandmothers and brings back simple dishes among us, encouraging us to be self-sufficient and simple, and on the other hand, adds a new, ethical spirit to the tradition – respect for life. We are convinced that it is not right to continue abusing animals for our needs, in an age when there are so many different and delicious alternatives available that can completely replace them. It is a cuisine where the wolf is full and the goat remains whole. At the lecture, we will taste the delicacies from the hardworking hands of chef Frida. The event will take place in the Levstikova dvorana. You are invited.
