Lecture summary The independence of a child is certainly one of the most important tasks for both parents and teachers. Each child has their own abilities, characteristics and developmental requirements, so it is important to know each child well and adapt our educational requirements to them. It is important for parents and teachers to be aware that everything we do for the child does not contribute to his independence. A great aid to independence is the education of will, perseverance, tolerance of defeats and our consistency in setting limits and requirements.
