At the opening of the exhibition, Darja Grdina will perform a short play for the occasion.

UNION OF DISABLED PEOPLE OF SLOVENIA

The Celje Intermunicipal Association of Disabled People has been operating since 1969. Within the association, the Zvončnice group is very active, combining creativity, socializing, and charity.

They are particularly well-known for their project, Greetings to New Life, in which they have been visiting the Celje Maternity Hospital on Mother's Day for 20 years and giving newborns unique Mila slippers. To date, they have donated more than 600 pairs, and in recent years they have also been making hats for newborns.

In Vojnik, Zvončnice found a cozy space called Čebelca, where 20 members meet on Thursdays. Together they knit, exchange experiences, and create products that carry a message of connection and warmth.

The exhibition will be on view until November 28, 2025.
