Andreja Jurkovnik from the Velenje Library, the author of the exhibition of the same name, which will be on display on the 2nd floor of the library, will present the rich correspondence that has been preserved in the legacy of the poet Karel Destovnik Kajuh. He corresponded with friends, peers, locals, and also with some already established literary figures at the time. The emphasis will be on his correspondence with locals and with his classmate and poet, Franc Primc from Celje.

The opening program will feature the editor of the Kajuh 100 collection and the author of the biographical novel about Kajuh, Prestreljene sanje, Vlado Vrbič, the author of the exhibition Andreja Jurkovnik, and members of the Petar Simoniti Celje Amateur Theatre.

The event within the framework of the University for the Third Age and the Department of Home Affairs will be held in Study reading rooms.
