Travelogue lecture by Sonja Salobir Lindsay: This year marks 80 years since the Allied landings in Normandy. On this occasion, we will visit this land, which has a rich history and many natural beauties. In addition to the larger cities, we will drive through the countryside, where cheeses, calvados and cider are home. The route will lead us further, to Brittany, where they are joined by savory buckwheat pancakes and seafood delicacies. We will walk along the indented coast with high cliffs, visit picturesque towns and ancient menhirs. Normandy and Brittany are a feast for all the senses.
