The Salesian Youth Center Association in Celje has been operating since 2006 as part of the Salesian institution in Hudinja, which, in addition to the youth center, also includes the Parish of Blessed Anton Martin Slomšek, PUM - vocational guidance for young people, and the Danijelov levček kindergarten unit.

The aim of the association is to educate young people in values. The method it uses is Don Bosco's preventive system. Don Bosco, a priest who dedicated his life to the welfare of young people on the streets of Turin, was aware of the need to offer young people a good environment in which to grow.
The center is primarily intended for young people. Young people meet their peers there and spend their free time with them. In the center, young people always find someone who takes the time for them, listens to them and talks to them. That is why the center also welcomes all those who would like to give young people their free time, a bit of love, their experiences.

The programs implemented by the Salesian Madinah Center are based on the voluntary work of mentors who dedicate their knowledge and free time to young people. The volunteers are mostly high school and university students who educate younger people according to the principle of "young people for young people".
Many activities at the Salesian Youth Center go beyond parish pastoral care and encompass a wider range of children, youth, and families. Some programs are attended by young people from all over Celje and the surrounding area. Young people of different nationalities, religions, or beliefs come.
The volunteers of the Salesian Youth Center strive to make all these young people feel at home in their company.

They will present their activities in Study reading rooms.
