The DAN Institute for Health Care, Family Therapy and Education will present the fairy tale "The Little Girl and the Giant" for adults at the Celje Central Library.
The institute is staffed by experts in the fields of nursing, medicine, family therapy and social work who have many years of experience in these fields and professional competence in designing, implementing, managing and coordinating development programs.
The institute's programs are:
- school for parents,
- individual, marital and family therapy,
- programs for preschool and school groups,
- groups from VVO,
- fairy tale therapy in the Fairy Tale Forest in the Logar Valley,
- Thematic lectures and workshops for professionals in education, healthcare, and social services.
The fairy tale The Little Girl and the Giant is a work by Neli Kodrič Filipić.
It is a poignant and at the same time liberating story about how pain, sadness, and fear are passed down from generation to generation until someone breaks them out.
The fairy tale will be read by a family therapist. Renata J. Roban, who will later also talk about its content.
The musical background was contributed by Ema Kočnar (violin), Gabrijela Roban (piano) and Oskar Roban (zither), and the sound and visuals were provided by Renata Roban and Maria Kočnar.
