On Monday, May 18, 2026, at 3:30 PM, you are invited to the Celje Central Library for a free training course: A practical introduction to the world of digital reading for everyone: using an e-reader and listening to audiobooks.

Reading is changing rapidly in the digital age – books are no longer just on paper. Today, we can read them on screens or listen to them as audiobooks.
We invite you to an interactive and practical education where you will experience digital reading firsthand!

You will learn:

using an e-reader
e-book lending via COBISS Ela
adjusting font, brightness, bookmarks, reading statistics
reading PDF files and comics
using the Audibook app to listen to audiobooks
solving the most common problems when using devices
independent rental, return and use of digital content

Participants will also try out all the steps practically – on e-readers and their own mobile devices. Intended for all generations – regardless of previous computer knowledge.

The event is free, registration is required.
