The Municipality of Vojnik, the Central Library of Celje, the Josip Vošnjak Library of Slovenska Bistrica and the Association of Library Societies of Slovenia cordially invite you to the ceremonial unveiling of the memorial and the opening of the traveling exhibition on the occasion of the 190th anniversary of the birth of Lovro Stepišnik, the first Slovenian traveling librarian, national revivalist and bookworm.

The memorial will be unveiled by the Mayor of the Municipality of Vojnik, Mr. Branko Petre, and the President of the Association of Library Associations of Slovenia, Ms. Damjana Vovk.

The cultural program will feature students from Vojnik Elementary School and amateur theater actors Peter Mlakar (KUD Lojze Avžner Zg. Ložnica) and Primož Rajh (KD Slomšek Slovenska Bistrica and Bistriški teater).
