We invite you to a mini-symposium entitled “Art as a Building Block of a Culture of Peace”. This is the first of three symposia on the topic “Living a Culture of Peace”, which are now traditionally organized every year in the Levstik Hall by the Alma M. Karlin Celje Theosophical Library and Reading Room.

In this symposium, lecturers from various fields of cultural and artistic engagement will highlight authentic approaches that contribute to building a culture of peace in their own unique way.
Attention will be paid to explaining what the term and concept of "culture of peace" means to them, how they understand it and how they implement it through their professional, cultural-artistic activities and activities, and way of life.

We plan for the lecturers to share their experiences with us about how they "earn their daily bread" through their involvement and activity and make a living in these rather difficult economic conditions and situations of today.
