As proof that U3O's vision is always focused forward, we will already be Monday, January 8, at 5:30 PM in the Levstik Hall listened to the lecture Alenka VEBER about bees.

That she is also 'hardworking as a bee' is clear from all the activities she enthusiastically carries out, in addition to her demanding work as an editor. A tourist guide, lecturer, photographer, amateur ethnologist, and founder of the Rihtar Homestead Institute in Babno Polje, she also became a beekeeping tourist guide last year, so in the lecture she will LOOK UP AT BEČELE! revealed many interesting facts. Among other things, she will present the bee through proverbs that simple people have formed over the centuries. We will learn about folk art on the topic of beehives and beehives. We will learn about idioms with the words bee, honey, beehive and beehive, and she will also take us to everyone from Primož Trubar to Valvasor, who also mention bees in their translations and works. So that we too can be 'hardworking like bees' in 2018, we will listen to her with pleasure and attention. '‘
