In life, we like to celebrate victories, health, progress, growth and beautiful fruits. But we also encounter setbacks, setbacks, illness, losses and death time and again. Our emotions react differently to such situations, but every loss is accompanied by sadness. This is also experienced every week at the Ljubhospic House by Dr. Šinkovec, where he has been working for fifteen years. The grieving process usually takes a long time. In the lecture, we will talk about what happens to us when we lose, how we grieve, what we can do to help ourselves in such moments and how we can support people who are grieving. Every loss is painful, but it is also a new opportunity for growth and a deeper understanding of life.
