Slovenian primary school students have once again lifted the veils of their own food culture and prepared the dishes of their ancestors 'in their own way' or according to the latest culinary commandments, in a way that attracts even the most demanding eaters. Listening to nature, to the culture that laid the foundations for today's development and food system, means knowing how to prepare dishes in a modern way, suitable for today's demanding eaters and pleasing to the eye.
