Laura and Urh run away from school into the countryside. On their way home from the Coast to Gorenjska, they meet by chance and soon notice that strange things are happening around them. They don't know that their best friend David is following them. But something is wrong with him. In the midst of adventurous trials of finding food and physical problems, drones appear and with them a supernatural danger. As if they had landed in a science fiction movie, they become witnesses to the manipulation and incapacitation of people.
On another narrative level, we follow the invasion of beings from the planet Zar, who are able to take on human form on their mission to find human slaves. Urh's friend David also turns out to be a robot with human form. But he has a special fate as a robot. The question arises, which of the real people is still being manipulated?
