Mom sends Kemi to a holiday camp, where he finds himself in a group of very different peers and educators. He shares a room with Jörg, a special person who draws well, knows a lot and is an avid hiker. But he is not the most popular, and what's more, he experiences harassment that the educators do not notice or do not want to notice. Kemi only observes what is happening, then decides to take action and becomes his new friend. The first book for children, written by the award-winning German writer Saša Stanišić (1978), talks about bullying among peers and tells how thin the line is between being different and being excluded. A witty, warm and masterfully written story about friendship and empathy will certainly touch both children and adults. (based on the main page of the Mladinska knjiga publishing house)
